So if Wanderer's formula is correct,
if let say we have 100 mafia members and 10 Prop Planes (5A+20D=25),
In attacking mode, the best is not to have more than 90 towncars (10A+12D=22) and 0 gateway cruiser (6A+7D=13)
to let system pick Prop Plane instead of towncar or gateway cruiser.

Am I right?

For the mode your in it picks the higher/or equal loot item automatic so it doesn't matter if you have more than needed other than their upkeep costing you. Don't get rid of item based on just attack or just defense. You must do your addition for how many you need for the sake of both individually. For instance there are many standard weapons like rpg or napalm or 50 cal. that don't equal the chain guns 14 defense. Likewise you don't want to count fatboy's or prop planes over towncars since one is lesser on attack and one is lesser on defense.



PS... WHERE DID THE CALCULATOR AND/OR LCN SITE GO?? !!
..it had (0,0) listed for some standard items for a day or so..what's with that?

Hmmm. I think it was seeing alot of hits and David said from the begining that it could only handle so much traffic. Maybe that has something to do with it?

I wrote him about it and i'll see what's going on. There have been some other issues that may have to do with it that can't really be discussed but I'll let you know what he says about the calculator and if and when it may be back up again.
